Chocolate Cheese Cake

1 cup white chocolate, grated

½ cup Cream cheese

½ cup hung curd

2 tbsp castor sugar

1 tsp cinnamon powder

2-3 pieces Crushed chocolate cookies

To decorate—

¼ cup sugar candies, heart shaped

Dark chocolate chards (to decorate)




  • In a pan, heat water and melt the white chocolate using the double boiler method.


  • In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, hung curd, castor sugar, cinnamon powder and the melted white chocolate and mix well. Blend until the mixture is smooth.


  • Crush a few chocolate cookies into small glass bowls and pour the white chocolate and cream cheese mixture on top of this. Similarly fill in all bowls to use up the whole mixture.


  • Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.


  • Before serving, decorate each bowl with sugar candies, and dark chocolate chards.


  • Serve chilled.
